Think of your business journey as a road trip

As the business owner, you are the driver on this journey. You’re the person in control of your business; the one who’s driving the car. Your business is the car. It’s the vehicle that, if running well, will enable you to get to your ultimate destination. And strategy is the road you choose to follow to reach your destination.

If you, the driver is distracted or not clear about where you’re going, or the vehicle breaks-down, or you’re travelling in the wrong direction, you won't reach your destination. You will not realise your vision for success. We use coaching, mentoring and strategy to provide the support you need, when you need it - at every stage of your business journey to help you reach your destination.

Coaching

Coaching you to drive success

Coaching focuses on you, ‘the driver’ and addresses two key questions; what is your potential? And what is the interference or ‘stuff’ preventing you from reaching that potential?

Unlike training and mentoring, coaching is non-directive which means it’s about the coach asking powerful thought provoking questions, providing the space, trust and confidence for you to consider how you the client can achieve more, reach your objectives and find the capabilities within to be successful.

Coaching helps you gain clarity about what the future looks like for you, and what you can do right now to move forward. Coaching helps you identify and address the obstacles that might otherwise prevent you from reaching your full potential.

Stratcoach offers 1-on-1 coaching for business owners through our Gold and Platinum level programs, or as an individually tailored coaching program. We also offer individual and group coaching to support the development of your key team members or to work through specific challenges such as business partner alignment or developing team cohesion.

Mentoring

Mentoring to improve business performance

Mentoring focuses on the business, ‘the vehicle’ which needs to be running well if you’re going to make it to your destination. We start by addressing each of your major pain-points, then progressively work with you to optimise every part of your business.

Mentoring is a different approach to coaching. Working with your mentor you’ll draw on their experience and knowledge to help you make better decisions about your business, diagnose problems or missed opportunities and develop plans to address them.

Over time we help you get your business operating well, building on your initial success through a process of continuous improvement. Your mentor is an impartial sounding board for your ideas, and someone to go to for advice. We will also help you be accountable and stay on track.

Stratcoach offers 1-on-1 mentoring for business owners as individual sessions or packages of multiple sessions to use as you need them. Mentoring is also available on an ongoing monthly basis through our Silver, Gold and Platinum level programs.

Strategy provides a roadmap to your vision

We use proven tools and models adapted to the needs of small and medium size businesses that are relevant to every stage of the business life cycle.

Stratcoach helps business owners develop and implement winning strategies through focused strategy workshops with you and your leadership team. We also offer 1-on-1 strategy coaching and guidance for business owners as part of our ongoing monthly Platinum level program.
